Photos, link?
If the WTA goes to Tianjin, it will be dead within a decade.

Can you really design and build a one billion tennis complex in one year and a half?

Re: Tianjin plans biggest tennis center in China with 1billion for WTA YEC

Tianjin is building (almost done) the tennis center regardless of the YEC. It should be ready for the 2013 East Asian Games. It's not the biggest tennis center in China in terms of seating capacities.

¥ one billion is ~ U$ 160 million.

East Asian Games?
Googled and found the Participating nations:
China
Chinese Taipei
Guam
Hong Kong
Japan
Macau
Mongolia
North Korea
South Korea

What is its nature? He covets. That is his nature. And how do we begin to covet? We begin by coveting what we see every day.
And don't your eyes seek out the things you want?

I can't trust you anymore

The tennis center looks nice but prefer YEC to be in Singapore or even Mexico City.

Too bad that 'tennis' is not part of the program.
