Serena vs Razzano. Serena had her best pre-RG clay season in 10 years!!!. And she brought her best real clay level that day but injured Razzano played a really inspired match.

Washington 2015 * Auckland 2016 * Acapulco 2016 * Charleston 2016

IMO the best match Serena has ever played

And Stosur had to serve as well as she can just to win 2 games.

Another one that popped up in my mind today.. Cibulkova vs. Azarenka in Miami this year? That's probably the best I've ever seen her play and she still lost..
Miami 2011, Round of 16. Kim won 7:6, 3:6, 7:6, after Ana was leading 5:1 in third set.

Where you there? That match wasn't streamed.

It wasn't streamed, I remember I followed live score and couldn't believe what's happening. At 5-1 in third for Ana, I was already celebrating and jumping around my bedroom, but eventually, I cried obviously.

Never mind, Ana's future will be bright.

It was sarcasm. I'm trying to forget that ever happened because that match still keeps me up at night

Oh, I'm sorry. Yes, it still hurts. She was so close to have one victory against Kim. I cried like a five year old kid, I can't imagine how Ana felt after that match.
