The mods should impose a rule of maximum 3 threads per day per person in General Thread.

TF is flooding with useless and pointless threads wasting bandwidth that they pay for.

So what happens when a friend or partner holds a different opinion against your favorite?
- Agree to disagree, don't hold grudges for someone else

I dont think it would be failure, actually I think this is what people expect from her

Definetely succes would be winning a set against any other player (Kerber the exception )

Opening a thread doesn't use (or waste) significant bandwidth. Only if people are interested in a thread, and read and post answers, bandwidth will come into consideration. Then again, if TF wanted to stop people from reading and posting, they can easily take the server offline. Would save them a lot of bandwidth.

Same if Sara hasn't Serena's, Vika's, Maria's or Na's level, she deserved her qualification, more than Sam or Marion. I think that she can beat Petra too, if this last wasn't in good form!

Re: Define Success & Failure @ 2012 YEC For The Top 8 Girls

Vika
Success: Being at least finalist
Failure: Packing after RR

Mary
Success: Avoiding beatdowns against Vika and Serena
Failure: Losing to Aga again

Serena
Success: Winning without leaving a set or getting broken?
Failure: Losing to everyone who's last name isn't Azarenka

Aga
Success: Let her year H2H against Vika stay 6-0
Failure: Not winning a set

Kerber
Success: Isn't being there a success for her? I'd go with no retiring after being 9-0 down
Failure: Losing to Sara for the third time in a row

Petra
Success: Reaching at least SFs
Failure: Losing all her RR matches

Sara
Success: Same as Kerber bar the final part
Failure: Getting double golden-setted

Na
Success: Not winning only 1 game in the match the would give her the qualification to SFs
Failure: Not winning a single match

Re: Define Success & Failure @ 2012 YEC For The Top 8 Girls

Sharapova:

Success - Seducing the tournament director into a last minute surface change from hard courts to clay.

Failure - Not being able to slip a powerful laxative into Radwanska's coffee.

Doubles Specialist Јеlena Jankovic
Crowd Favourite Victoria Azarenka
Former Tennis Player Petra Kvitová

not IMO, if she loses the SF to Serena I wouldn't call it a failure, just unlucky draw.

I'm almost 100% certain that they are on a hosting plan with unlimited bandwidth.
