Why does this surprise u? It's pova fans we talking about here. Their trademark is well known. A fanbase prone to hyping and getting drunk on soda. Remember how they got drunk right after FO saying pova was gonna win WB & OG? How about that USO pova was supposed to win? lOOK, just shake your head and laugh b/cos not long from now, a new reality will kick them in the ass and it ain't gonna be pretty. Just watch.....

"best performance by any tennis player in history"....., huh? :h aha:

Saying it was the best performance ever by a tennis player is a huge exaggeration, I'm saying this being a Maria fan also. I've seen matches where she's played better also but that doesn't mean it was the GOAT performance

Serena should be jealous. Maria was not that nice when Vika was extremely injured.

I have to say I liked Kerber up until this. Sharapova was playing at her best level and Kerber had no answers so she quit. If you play until the last point you MIGHT still get a win, disgraceful behaviour and I hope she gets fined or not paid her prize money from this event.

RIP Elena Baltacha, thank you for dedicating your life to a sport we all love. You'll be missed but never forgotten.

Wow....actually the reality check I predicted in this thread came sooner than expected. Thanks to Vika! So much for the "playing the best tennis in history" shit just b/cos she beat an obviously injured player
