You can find the prices at this link - it varies depending on your platform (Sky, Virgin media, BT vision or freeview top up tv).

http://tv.espn.co.uk/gb/espl/get-espn?panelNum=4

If you have Sky then ESPN costs £13 extra a month or only £10 if you are a Sky sports subscriber.

Virgin media and BT vision are cheaper.

If you like quantity - and like watching the smaller events - then it may be worth the investment. Just a shame tennis coverage for the uk will now be on multiple platforms - it was so much easier with just Sky and ES covering everything!

Credit where credit is due, the number of matches on TennisTV seems to be increasing.

Just got this message on Twitter following a conversation in which we complained about only six matches being shown from Dubai:

Quote:
@JJlovesTennis @TennisGrrrls We'll show 19 matches from the WTA tournament in Dubai next year - http://www.tennistv.com/tournaments/?WT.mc_id=twitter

Me too. It was so easy to follow the WTA Tour around the year when Eurosport had those rights and watch the matches on HD live. In Finland I only needed to pay 30 euros per year for a cable-tv company to see Eurosport, EurosportHD and 9 other extra channels in the same package. http://www.elisa.fi/yksityisille/kaa..._kanavakortti/

It would be frustrating if I had to use mainly livescorehunter´s live streams to see those matches in the future.

I wonder which part of the world snooker is more popular than tennis? Or why is it shown so much on Eurosport?

It not a big surprise now, ES won't show WTA Premier's in Denmark. and the same for all nordic countries...

Please visit my Caroline website.

Having no clue about Snooker but I take a guess...because it's cheap programming. Eurosport needs to fill a lot of air time, that's why losing the WTA hurt them so much. The got tons of live weekday programming from a sport that has a reasonable following for just $10 million dollars a year. That's why they`re even planning to air ITF tournaments now, they have big programming void to fill..

Re: News confirmed: No tennis on Eurosport in 2013 outside the slams

Sorry if it was already said, but few days ago I read in Polish media that this whole mess is kinda WTA fault, because they requested showing tennis for few hours a day at least. No idea if it's true, however if it is - this is really a tough situation for stations like Eurosport.

They also asked in some other Polish media - some answered that they would only like to show Radwańska's matches, others - that they are not interested. Some other ones: that they have no space to dedicate few hours a day for tennis.

Basically - one big mess

About snooker - not like I am negative for it, but lately I have a feeling that they might change their name to Eurosnooker... except winter season, almost every moment I turn ES on - snooker is there.

I am sorry but Tennis TV has changed it's schedule already! It stated that Brisbane would have 19 matches! Now it states 14! The whole concept of the deal was that there would be coverage from Day one of EVERY premier event including Miami and Indian Wells!

The ATP Tour are more settled and structured very well for the fans!

Not all the changes are bad. Paris indoors is now penciled in for "up to 19 live matches", the last time I looked it was seven! It'll probably be seven again in the blink of an eye.

19 matches is less than last year lefty! I watched Paris on Bet 365 and saw ALL main matches. They streamed both courts and all doubles matches. At Brisbane, Sydney, Paris and Stuttgart, they streamed matches on two courts on Bet365! It only costs five pounds to view and that is all you pay! Plus they show nearly ever International with two courts!

Snooker coverage is actually very popular in Poland

Well no, but you can still view it! And you get to see bonus matches from other courts!

Those are the two reasons why I don't see tennistv.com as a real alternative to watching tennis on TV. I know I can hook up my laptop to my TV but still. Also I like to capture matches which I won't be able to do now anymore.

If you have an apple device you can use airplay to watch it on tv. For me this is best way of doing it as I don't want to use my laptop to watch matches. Tennistv also has a catchup service.
