Having said that, Tipsy should shut-up about a 4th round Serena double bagel. He should wait until she scores 6-0 6-0 type result later on in the semi and/or the final - then he'll have a point (since it is out of the question that any of the men's top 4 are gonna start multi-bageling/breadsticking each other like the way it's been happening w/ the women all this year).
Actually Murray almost did that to Federer at Olympics final

Oh, it's still there. His latest twit on this subject was few days ago:

Re: Tipsarevic continues to be pressed about women's tennis

No journalist will write an article on Tipsarevic's gamesmanship or Ferrer's crazy screams.
They'll say something on Twitter but they don't have the balls to write in the NYT. Shame on them.

Re: Tipsarevic continues to be pressed about women's tennis

Tipsarevic : Ferrer 4h:31m, 5 sets
Djokovic : DelPotro 3h:01m, 3 sets

So, Tipsy?
Surely the actual number of sets played in concrete matches are more relevant than fictitious sets from the rule.
What are you waiting for? Complain.
I'm waiting...

DAVIS CUP - Tipsarevic and fellow Serbian federation to request funding
The players have asked for a total of 220,000 euro extra: all except Novak Djokovic

According to a report from the head Kurir, the Serbian Davis Cup team would submit a request for additional money to the national tennis federation.

Only Novak Djokovic has kept them apart, as the players of Serbia request an additional financing in exchange for their services in the Davis Cup. The requested figures would be as follows: € 100,000 by Janko Tipsarevic, € 50,000 Viktor Troicki and Nenad Zimonjic, 20,000 euro, finally, Ilija Bozoljac. That is the total they have requested, despite how many games they play.
Another lows for Tipsy

Is he a Serbian prostitute who should be paid hourly or tennis player , who is a patriot of his country?

And it's not like he is pauper , he won $ 1,5 mln this year

Bozoljac wants money?
He is a mug outside the top 400 and has only played one dc-match this year (it was doubles and he lost )

so, what is he? a mug, a prostitute or what? i'm just wondering what deluded and pressed (strictly) wta fans think about the fact that someone like him is in a position to ask for more money. women could demand more as well, mind. sometimes even rightly.

we have an ATP player who want's to be paid more from the women's pocket at Slams and who at the same time wants to be paid by her mothercountry perticipation fee of 100 000 USD
Let's not forget about his discrimination statements about some groups of people

It says much about the personality of this new ATP talking head. Actually it's what is called bad reputaion

it might have been his previous requirement for Davis Cup participation

It is easier that men start to play best of 3 than women going to best of 5.
That is not happening either. The idea of any change for women playing 5-sets at slams or men playing 3-sets at slams in singles is for the fairies.

3-sets, 5-sets - irrelevant to the issue of equal pay. Should Arnie in Terminator 1 have really been paid less than the other actors who had more lines to learn?

Nevertheless - the women tennis players have done very well out of joint tournaments and slams. No way would they get equal pay if the slams for the men and women were at different weeks/venues.
