At least some of those trophies can be useful... in the kitchen.

Aleks Wozniak, Stephanie Dubois, Вера Звонарева, Serena Williams, 李娜, 郑洁...

For the handful of people who don't get my pseudonym: It's a pun on the meaning of love in tennis, as in love - forty which means 0 - 40. Otherwise, love means a lot to me.

I love this one

and LOL at the runner's up "trophy"/mini-plate. Venus holding it with one hand, looking like "get this shit outta here".

You do realise that that spare piece of wood is actually premium tasmianian oak which is very very expensive. The Hobart is unique as it symbolises Tasmania (if you didn't known, the shape is Tasmania ) and to carve that piece of wood would of been very difficult to do. And that size Tassie devil retails for $AU 30 thankyou very much

Much better than the ugly red plate the Tokyo tournament gives, price $100 if that.

No need to get so defensive and patriotic over a trophy. Those little gold medals all over it are so high school. Hell, i've won tennis trophies that look better than that. I lived in Australia for 15 years. I know that wood look very well, who cares if it's expensive "Tasmanian wood", it looks cheap! So of course I also know it's the shape of Tasmania, and you can buy those Tassie devils for roughly $2, i've seen them for sale.

Tokyo trophy is incomparable to that thing.
