Dubai R1: Radwanska def. Wozniak 6-1, 6-7(6), 7-5

Thank you Aga

Aga served for the match at 6*-5 in the 2nd set and had 30-0. 43 shot rally in the tiebreak. Aleks served for the match at 5*-4.

Had a lot of problems with the wind.

Folded like a cheap Canadian tent on a storm day in Mount Logan!

Wozniak nowadays can´t convert her chances, it was a bit expected she wouldn´t close it out. I was surprised she managed to win that second set tiebreak. Crazy wind/rallies there.

Christ chicks tennis is fucked.

Rads pushed everything so pathetically softly back up the middle and just waited for a mistake.

Radwanska
deserved it on what basis actually? Wozniak had definitely less winners, more errors and both were playing poorly.

Am I the only one who thinks that despite the score Aga actually strengthened her game and served much better than in Doha? 37 winners from Aga!
I don't really remember being so happy for Aga even though it's only round 1
