Why is Pennetta still in doubles draw if she pulled out of singles?

Anyone know?

Does she want a little bit of practice, but the back wasn't good enough for full-on singles? Or are the organisers at APIA international just slow in updating the doubles draw?

I think it may be because her partner is only playing doubles this week, so she didn't want to let her down. However, I don't they will play more than 2 matches cause Flavia is not fit enough.

she's endowed of the self distructive mix of stupidity and big heart, so she's doing this for Gise who came there for doubles only and tries to get the injury worse now that she's playing well in singles

may your choices reflect your hopes not your fears.
