WTA Calendar 2012.... Brussels probably replaced by Prague

http://www.ceskapozice.cz/en/news/so...rnament-prague

According to this article, there might be a chance of a WTA-Tournament in Prague next year (which is more than ok, given the fact they have Kvitova + a big amount of quality players in the Top 100). But I really thought the WTA learned something from the disaster in Warsaw... Gaz de France ended the partnership with the Brussels Tournament so they have financial problems now. Just great. They really have to cancel that premier slot before FO and get Amelia Island back, this is just pathetic :O

Ka. PLISKOVA - E. SVITOLINA - E. VESNINA - A. PAVLYUCHENKOVA - T. BACSINSZKY
N. VAIDISOVA - D. HANTUCHOVA - T. GOLOVIN - A. BONDARENKO - A. SZAVAY - M. PIERCE

BNP Paribas Fortis took over, so Brussels remains.

I'm glad for Brussels . A little sad for Prague though, because I really want that event back! It could be played the same week as Birmingham .

EDIT: Bad Gastein is then, so maybe the week of Baku .

My number one: Victoria Azarenka

ATP: Novak Djoković

Crazy Frenchies! Gilles Simon Alizé Cornet

Singapore is trying to get on the calendar too, but this year seems crowded with the Olympics, so maybe 2013.

My number one: Victoria Azarenka

ATP: Novak Djoković

1. It wasn't little.
2. Only because Caro won it.
3. That was a bad tournament.

Re: WTA Calendar 2012.... Brussels probably replaced by Prague

Please bring back Prague, I love that city and that tournament!

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.
