Re: The best and worst tennis events in 2011 - VOTE

Nice thread!

Best Grand Slam: Australian Open.
Worst Grand Slam: US Open, the winner didn't get to play a single match in Arthur Ashe before the final.

Best Premier mandatory & Premier 5 event: Indian Wells
Worst Premier mandatory & Premier 5 event: Beijing

Best Premier Event: San Diego
Worst Premier Event: Brussels, meh

Best International Event: Strasbourg or Brisbane... Gonna stick with Strasbourg and its gorgeous surrounding
Worst International Event: Dallas by far lol

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.

How can't you guys not vote for Dallas after what happened to Sabrina Lisicki? Now seriously, the facilities where old and hideous, there wasn't too much crowd, SABRINA Lisicki, ....

Are you guys seriously voting Bogota as the worst International event because of its height? It's a well organised and enjoyable tournament from all accounts with better crowds than most.
