Question Possible scenario in the Red Group

Is Aga in the SF if she wins in 2 sets today? (Also if Petra wins in 2 sets...)

You realize this is in danish, right?

I am not a fan of the direction a lot of Maria threads have taken over the last 12 months.
The undertone is very disappointing, aggressive and the comments are sometimes rude to a player just trying to earn a living, playing her hardest and having a good amount of success given her god given, natural talents.
You made the list: NEW President Bouchard, Cibulkova, Mladenovic, Wozniacki, Kerber, Cornet, Watson, Broady.

Well the answer to that singular question is NO.

If Wozniacki loses, and Radwanska wins 2-0, she might be through. The WTA rules are not clear on that.

Say Kvitova beats Wozniacki 2-1, and Radwanska 2-0. Radwanska beats Zvonareva 2-0.

Kvitova 3-0 6-1
Wozniacki 1-2 4-5
Radwanska 1-2 3-4
Zvonareva 1-2 2-5

If all results matter as a tiebreaker Wozniacki advances. If only H2H between tied players matters Radwanska advances.

They put percentage sets won and percentages games won in the subsection of three way tiebreakers. That is really open to interpretation, whether this applies to the H2H three way tiebreaker or the overall group.

Why would someone start a thread on GM that's not in English?

Re: Possible scenario in the Red Group

Azarenka is assured winning the White Group now, right?

What scenario would need to occur for Woz to finish 2nd in Red Group? I want another Vika/Caro match SO badly.

For the scenario u mentioned above,

the tournament rules states:

When 3 players ties at 1-2, the players played less matches were eliminated first, then CHECK winning percentage of sets :
for Woz it is 4/9
for Radvanska it is 3/7
for Zvonereva it is 2/7

Woz advanced to SF.
