I actually find Andrea a naturally funny person, while Djokovic just seems fake in every possible way. Maybe I'm biased though, cause I fucking hate him and adore Andrea .

Djokovic isn't witty. He's a clown.

Re: Is Petkovic trying too hard to be the female Djokovic?

No. I don't.
I think it is just her personality to want to be different, it has nothing to do with imitating Djokovic.
Djokovic has no equal when it comes to "acting". He also seems to be easier to like than Andrea, alhtough I like Andrea very much myself.
Liking Andrea means you spend lot of time defending her for various perceived infractions in the eyes of posters on this forum.

From what I hear, Dojokovic is already a legend, a mythic figure in Serbia, someone believed to have been sent by god to make Serbia proud.
At least, it was reported his mother believed that.

Pektovic may be of Serbian ancestry, but she is German.

Right, and people who do that post on Women Tennis Assoication forum.
Now, I don't if those porsters who dislike Petko are all women, but looking at this from the outside, it perpetuate the stereotype that women tend to fight among themselves over trvial things.

Erm she's probably a lot wittier than Djkovic is. And she didn't just start being this way.

According to a lot of people on this board Djokovic himself is trying too hard. So I guess she is just trying too hard to try too hard...

Hmm I think because He exists it gives you reason to come up with the assumption...I think this is who she is. At a certain point you consider the fact that these are adults...in high school everyone wanted to be somebody else. Have a good day

Re: Is Petkovic trying too hard to be the female Djokovic?

Djokovic and Petkovic are two completely different personalities IMO, I don´t think Andrea was even thinking about being a female Djokovic...she is just being Andrea.
Not everybody can like her sense of humour of course.

Re: Is Petkovic trying too hard to be the female Djokovic?

Better than Djokovic Petko is respected and Djokovic is a pathetic clown whom everyone will hate and disrepect when he starts losing

The belief that man is an irresolute creature pulled this way and that by two forces of equal strength, alternately winning and losing the battle for his soul; the conviction that human life is nothing more than an uncertain struggle between heaven and hell; the faith in two opposed entities, Satan and Christ - all this was bound to engender those internal discords in which the mind, excited by the incessant fighting, stimulated as it were by the constant promises and threats, ends up by giving in and prostitutes itself to whichever of the two combatants has been more obstinate in its pursuit. Life isn't black and white, it's gold.
