Winning streak number

Lindsay could extend her win over Monica to 10 times in a row, had she beaten Monica in the last match.

Lindsay DAVENPORT (USA) v Monica SELES (USA)

1998 San Diego Hard (O) SF Lindsay DAVENPORT 6-4 2-6 7-5
1998 Manhattan Beach Hard (O) SF Lindsay DAVENPORT 6-4 6-2
1998 Philadelphia Carpet (I) SF Lindsay DAVENPORT 6-3 6-3
1999 Tokyo Hard (O) FR Lindsay DAVENPORT 7-5 7-6
2000 Scottsdale Hard (O) QF Lindsay DAVENPORT 6-4 6-4
2000 Wimbledon Grass (O) QF Lindsay DAVENPORT 6-7 6-4 6-0
2000 Stanford Hard (O) SF Lindsay DAVENPORT 7-5 7-6(2)
2001 Stanford Hard (O) SF Lindsay DAVENPORT 6-4 6-2
2001 Los Angeles Hard (O) FR Lindsay DAVENPORT 6-3 7-5

But 9 is stilll an impressive number.
who else has an impressive number of wining streak against any players?

Lindsay Davenport Andre Agassi

well Steffi had a few double digits (if not more ) against plyers like Tauziat, Zvereva (until the infamous match in Wimbledon 1998) etc. So yeah there are more impressive no. than that

Monica had a streak of 15 wins in a row over Mary Joe Fernandez, 11 wins in a row against Martinez, 9 wins in a row against Aranxta, just to name a few. (other long streaks she has over Tauziat, Huber, etc.)

Martina has a never lost to testud in like 12 matches. She also never lost to schett before in about 10 matches. She's 16-2 against arantxa winning 10 plus in a row before the lost in Amelia Island.

Steffi Graf went 21-0 against Tauziat. Martina Navratilova won 21 in a row against Zina Garrison, lost one, then won 12 in a row again. I'm sure Suzanne Lenglen won an ungodly number in a row against Elizabeth Ryan and a few of her other comtemporaries.

You have to answer for Santino, Carlo.

steffi was also 17 or 18 against mary joe and manuela maleeva.
I think she had something like 33:00 against the whole family

Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night

Didn't Hingis and Tauziat play more like 15 times?
