Players that were impressive wins before, but now are BYES

Can we compile a list of players that used to be dangerous or even elite and are now just kind of pathetic??
I'm talking about those players who would be impressive victories for your fave and are now just expected to lose all the time.
And if they get a few nice wins every few months, that doesn't count... even the journeywomen get lucky a few times.

BYES
Kuznetsova
Petrova
Peer
Cirstea
Razzano
Rezai
Cornet
Chakvetadze

On the border
Ivanovic
Jankovic

Closing in on BYE status
Gajdosova (Jarka )

I always wanted to be somebody. If I made it, it's half because I was game enough to take a lot of punishment along the way and half because there were a lot of people who cared enough to help me.

Because she is very impressive when playing on clay...
Madrid´s and Stuttgart´s clay had hardly something in common with clay except that it was orange...I somehow can´t remember doing her well on others clay tournaments except Bad Gastein 2010...the fact she was playing 3 sets against Sanchez and lost to Han says all...not to mention others loses on her "best surface".

Was Cirstea ever an impressive win for a player?

Petrova is having a decent summer (despite her Pilot Pen fail).

No Rezai on the list? She used to be scary.

Cornet, once upon a time, was nearing the top 10.

Chakvetadze was a top 5 player.

Can Shahar be on the boarder? I mean she's had a series of bad losses but she was still winning matches and the worst part of the season was Brussels-FO-Eastbourne-Wimby with 4 straight R1 losses but she rebounded by reacheing the finals of Washington DC, had a R3 in Cinci and won her opening round in Dallas today.
