Serena's return is SO OVERRATED by this board... don't expect too much, boos.
Not everyone can come back and blast everyone off the court.
The more I am reading you, guys, the more I am laughing at you.
Do you actually believe she can pull a AO 2007 again? LMFAO !
Of course she can.... Never write a champion off... But I mean, she has much more chances to struggle than to play/serve like GOATrena and to beat Wozniacki 6-0 6-0 then Madusah 7-5 5-7 7-6 in the final of US Open...
I mean, she had two fucking foot surgeries, she had a several fucking blood clots, she is on fucking blood thinners, and yet she is back at the training ???
She already made a huge step !!! A lot of players would have retired (and it would have been understandable).
But I have the feeling that everyone expects Serena to be back like nothing has happened. It might be possible, but UNLIKELY.
Keep that in mind. 2007 AO was for sure amazing. 2009 USO Clijsters was amazing too. But Serena came back in 2006 and was struggling. And Clijsters was pregnant, not sick and injured.
So don't expect too much from her... or else you might be disappointed. I think some of Serena fans actually think like me....
Remember when we expected Justine to do a great run at the AO 2011 ? Her elbow injury finally got the best of her.
And I have some others examples... But please, I am tired to read "Wait wait wait for the return of the champion to show who is the TRUE queen !!!!!!!" , we all know how she was playing before that injury, and that's good enough. She won Wimbledon. I don't give a damn if she fails her return, if she loses in straights to Wozniacki, she will remain Serena Williams.
Vika's only chance after those 2 df's was to bump Maria at the changeover and fall on her. Full weight on top.
In this day n age having boobs doesnt make you a woman. I still believe you are a guy
