Have two players faced off against each other in a singles/doubles final?

I was wondering since yesterday Shaui Peng and Elena Vesnina played each other in the SF of singles and doubles in the same day, with Vesnina winning both encounters. Have two players met in the finals, being opponents for both singles and doubles?

1994 Oakland:
Singles: Sanchez-Vicario def. Navratilova 1-6, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (5)
Doubles: Sanchez-Vicario/Davenport def. G. Fernandez/Navratilova 7-5, 6-4

1998 US Open:
Singles: Davenport def. Hingis 6-3, 7-5
Doubles: Hingis/Novotna def. Davenport/Zvereva 6-3, 6-3

1998 Tokyo (Toyota Princess Cup)
Singles: Seles def. Sanchez-Vicario 4-6, 6-3, 6-4
Doubles: Seles/Kournikova def. Fernandez/Sanchez-Vicario 6-4, 6-4

1998 Tokyo: (Toray Pan Pacific Open)
Singles: Davenport def. Hingis 6-3 6-3
Doubles: Hingis/Lucic def. Davenport/Zvereva 7-5 6-4

2003 Indian Wells
Singles: Clijsters def. Davenport 6-4 7-5
Doubles: Davenport/Raymond def. Clijsters/Sugiyama 3-6 6-4 6-1

2009 Bogota
Singles: Martinez-Sanchez def. Dulko 6-3 6-2
Doubles: Llagostera-Vives/Martinez-Sanchez def. Dulko/Pennetta 7-5 3-6 10-7

Then that doesn't go with the title. Venus and Serena have done that quite a few times.

I was expecting more from AO since both had played so well there at that period. I remember Lindsay has been runner-up in doubles for several times there too, no?

"Religion has actually convinced people that there is an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. Any if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But he loves you."

Yes Davenport lost 6 doubles finals in Melbourne, but she only made the singles final twice and Hingis was not even active for the last one.
