The one in Shanghai is quite real. Tianjin site is under-construction and is to be completed for the 2013 East Asian Games. And Hangzhou is building a new one (they already have a 6000 seat retractable roof designed for tennis arena built in 2005) because Shanghai and Nanjing have better looking ones .

Another city is Dalian, they are building one for the 2013 China National Games I think:
