Of course. Nobody wants to lose a match 6-0,6-0. Its so disgraceful. But if Pushniacki loses a match 6-0,6-0 I would jump for joy

Lol, no. Double bageling Safina in a R1 slam is an early dessert of a nice meal.

No, there is no place for sympathy on court. You should win as quickly as possible. You can feel sorry for your opponent afterwards. Harsh but true.

Swiss champs.

Better than kicking yourself for being "too kind' when your opponent mounts a comeback. And we've seen some of the situations Safina has come back from (especially against Sharapova )

No. Of course it sucks big time for the one losing but you should win as quick as possible.

Venus Williams | Maria Kirilenko | Victoria Azarenka | Madison Keys

Kim can't be considered a bad person because she double bageled Safina

Kim is just doing her job, im sure Safina knows that as well.

No, but finishing a career with 0-6, 0-6 (Garbin) sucks

This.
What is even funnier is that in 2007, when Bartoli got double bagelled by Henin, she complained to the commentators of french Eurosport, she said Henin was pathetic for being ruthless, that she doesn't understand why she gave her such a beatdown, after all, she won the match which mattered the most...
And three years later, she ends Garbin's career with a double bagel, that is much worse

Give back 2006 US Open to Justine

Re: New poll:Is beating someone 6-0,6-0 too ruthless?

WTF, this is professional sport, not a self-esteem workshop. You play your best, and if the end result is a double bagel, so be it.

Sometimes you gotta put your foot down...
