Are more players going with their natural hair color?

It seems like many players who generally dye/bleach/highlight are letting their hair be the natural brown that it is. Sharapova and Wozniacki for starters.

no. sharapova was born blonde and her hair has gotten darker with age hence why her roots are brown.

it matters because hair dye is a toxin - a lot of women stop dying their hair when they are pregnant.

if a player chooses to stop dying it could indicate that:
they are happier and are more confident;
or they can't be bothered anymore and are not happy;
or that there is an underlying condition that they do not wish to aggrevate;
or...

the list is endless but any change is important when following the tour and trying to asses who will win and when.

A lot of dirty blondes dye their hair to give it more oomph. Nothing wrong with it imho.
