With the exception of Vinci, everybody in the top 50 hits the ball with a decent amount of pace, and Vinci gets a pass because her game is based around mixing up her shots and not around power.
Once you get down to #75 or so in the rankings is when you get the weaponless, slow pace baseline players--Voracova, Gallovits, Barrois, Niculescu, Zahlavova, Barrois, Meusburger, Brianti, Lepchenko.
I would have put Craybas in this list, but after watching her play against Meusburger at the US Open, I was surprised at how many winners she was hitting. To be fair, she was playing Meusburger and getting a ton of time to set up her shots, but she's capable of being aggressive if given the opportunity.
