Are there Davenport wannabe on the tour?

what does it mean to be a Lindzay wanna be,
i guess that means anyone who lacks speed
but has the power to blow people away......
Casanova and Safina seem to be in that category,
and are there anyone else who play
similarily as Lindzsey?

Mirjana is a Lindsay wannabe

But I still think Lindsay has more talent, afterall she was even in the top 10 at times when she was moving at her worst also in 94-96

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night

I think "wannabe" is a bad word for this.

Jelena Dokic - Davenport with 95% of the power and 50% of the serve.

Not blind. Not uninformed. We are party to atrocities. But the response of the world after 9/11 is worth noting. Even our most dire enemies offered aid. We should all be so lucky.

At Wimbledon, Laura Granville was described as having a "poor mans version" of Davenport's game. She has a good serve, huge flat groundstrokes, good volleys on the rare occasion she moves up there...and she NEVER SMILES! Sheesh, I've never seen anybody look so unhappy getting to the 4th round of Wimbledon..she doesn't even smile in doubles.

Among these people,
who do you guys think will come
closest to Lindsay's success........?
IMO, Casanova has shown herself to
be one of the top contender by upsetting Henin,
so maybe, i mean just maybe, she can be the next
Lindsay Davenport on tour.
What do you guys think?
