Which GS yields the most 1 GS winners?

Just in the open era. Let's not go crazy.

I'd say the French, but its tough Lets go through the last couple of years.......

UsOpen- Has been won by a Williams for the past four years, before that Davenport, Hingis, Graf, Graf, Sanchez-Vicario, Graf, Seles, Seles

Wimbledon- Has been won by a Williams for the past 3 years, before that Davenport, Novotna, Hingis, Graf, Graf, Martinez, Graf, Graf

French Open-Williams, Capriati, Pierce, Graf, Sanchez-Vicario, Majoli, Graf, Graf, Sanchez-Vicario, Graf, Seles, Seles

Australian- Capriati, Capriati, Davenport, Hingis, Hingis, Hingis, Seles, Graf, Pierce, Seles, Seles, Seles

So it looks like in the past decade or so, the French

I think us open!

In the middle of the night
I go walking in my sleep
Through the desert of the truth
To the river so deep
We all end in the ocean
We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams
In the middle of the night

I think for most players it would have to be the OZ open. For some reason it's probably the easiest of the 4 to win(not to say it's easy to win majors anyway)

I may have been unclear on the question.

Among players who ONLY HAVE ON GS TITLE, which GS have they won the most? Open era only.

Serena and Steffi have more than 1 GS title. I was thinking more about Majoli, Sabatini, etc.

Well, this shouldn't be a poll because with a little research the true answer can be found.

Recently (in the last 20 years) what I remember:

French Open: Majoli
Australien Open: none
US Open: Sabatini
Wimbledon: Novotna & Martinez

So Wimbledon is probably the one recently...

Whoops. I think RG or Wimbledon still, because of Conchita and Pierce.

Sabatini won 2 GS

Then I'd have to probably say Wimbledon as well
