So sad that they lost, and they cry which means they have passion for the sport and the country, good luck to them both, they are both so young, I am sure they can win Asian games doubles gold one day, and if they continue to surge through the ranking, who knows, maybe olympic is waiting for them.

btw, I thought they won team event gold already? hehe at least they won a gold, it is not that bad right? hehe

If only Angie/Wynne won the tiebreak in the 1st set.. then they would've gotten the gold..... maybe they're nervous coz Indonesia puts too much hope on them i think....

Korean pair Mi-Ok Kim and experienced veteran Young-Ja Choi beat them.

I thought this was great for Young-Ja who is looking to her retirement soon. They are both crying tears of joy in their pic!

this is the pair whom they lost to, i never even heard of them before, but they did beat the japanese pair aswell in the semi final. THeir names are Choi Yung Ja and Kim Mi Ok

look at how satisfied their faces are, that is what gold medal means to Angie and Wynne, that's why they were crying!

7-6(7-4) 1-6 6-3

Wynne and Angie were very dissapointed that they lost to a pair that they sould have beaten. The main reason they lost is that they could not handle the presure that the Indonesian officials gave them, that they have to win the Gold Medal, they were the 1st seed. The Korean had nothing to lose, and they play well, plus thousands of Koreans supported the Korean Duo. Angie was the worst player in that match according to some people who watched the match. They did dominate in the second set, but in the third again, they were too nervous. Wynne said to the press that this is a wake up call for them that they couldn;t be so greedy, to think that they oculd have won the match, and as result they lost. She said that maybe this was God's punishment for us.

Bad Luck girls....
