If Kim wins the tournament...

Won't the race to the Championships be as follows...

1)Venus
2) Serena
3) Justine
4) Azarenka
5) Kim

looks like order is almost restored... after the clay court season I expect Justine and Kim to maybe move up further

Azarenka

I always wanted to be somebody. If I made it, it's half because I was game enough to take a lot of punishment along the way and half because there were a lot of people who cared enough to help me.

Re: If Kim wins the tournament...

If Dementieva were to get 50 points despite having a bye and losing in the 2nd round then that would put her ahead of Azarenka and Kim, though.

Yeah - it's good to see a Williams sister finally doing well in several tournaments not being slams.

Shitlana has showed up this year unfortunately. Rivalry at the top would be so much better if she played at a top level more often.

Kim probably...but Justine is already quite high. Serena will only move up when she actually plays.

Yeah I know, I really enjoyed it when Serena won her second YECs, undefeated, whilst schooling all the top players in the world. Watching Miami this year brings back so many memories of when she reached the final last year too.
