Well done Mariana. Good to see her continuing on her winning way since taking the Bogota title. Hopefully she can get into the main draw and do some damage there, she seems to still be riding on the wave.

on clay I would have understood that result..but on hard ..Steph! you need to step it up, I thought after those good matches in FWB last week you would have found your rythm back

Wozniak~ElTabakh ~Marino~Eugenie Bouchard...and the other Canucks!
Maria Sharapova~Anna Chakvetadze~Jelena Dokic~Laura Robson ~Sabine Lisicki

Stephanie would do well to continue playing challengers at the moment. She's not been having great results, and she could do with the match play, points, and confidence, especially as she's heading into the clay season which is typically her worst part of the year. Tough loss, but Duque Marino seems to have hit solid form out of the blue recently so credit to her as well.

"Religion has actually convinced people that there is an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. Any if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But he loves you."
