Who is most likely to complete the Career Slam?

PLEASE VOTE FOR THE PLAYER WHICH IS MOST LIKELY TO DO IT, NOT FOR YOUR FAVE!!!

There are seven GS champions still on tour(except Rena) who have the chance to complete a Career Slam which seems to be quite prestigious ( mastering all the surfaces). However, who has the potential to do it?

*Justine Henin (Henin fulfuiling her dream of holding all 4 GS trophies!? )
Missing trophy: Wimbledon
Best result at Wimbledon: Final 2001,2006 W/L: 27/7 (79%)

Maria Sharapova ( The cow on ice winning the Grand Slam, played on clay!?)
Missing trophy: Roland Garros
Best result at RG: SF 2007 W/L: 23/7 (77%)

Venus Williams (Vee winning on clay and at the AO!?Does she still has the time to do it?)
Missing trophies: AO and RG
Best result at RG: Final 2002 W/L: 37/13 (74%)
Best reult at AO: Final 2003 W/L: 33/10 (77%)

Svetlana Kuznetsova (Sexlana overcoming Shitlana by becoming a GS monster!?)
Missing trophies: AO and Wimbledon
Best result at AO: QF 2005, 2009 W/L: 19/8 (70%)
Best result at Wimbledon: QF 2003, 2005, 2007 W/L: 19/7 (73%)

Amélie Mauresno ( Is she still playing?)
Missing trophies: USO and RG
Best result at RG: QF 2003,2004 W/L: 25/15 (63%)
Best result at USO: SF 2002,2006 W/L: 35/10 (78%)

Kim Clijsters (The mommy conquering the tour and becoming the first woman winnig the Big Four after given birth!?)
Missing trophies: AO, RG and Wimbledon
Best result at AO: Final 2004 W/L: 29/7 (81%)
Best result at RG: Final 2001,2003 W/L: 22/6 (79%)
Best result at Wimbledon: SF 2003,2006 W/L: 22/7 (76%)

Ana Ivanovic ( No comment)
Best result at AO: Final 2008 W/L: 13/5 (72%)
Best result at Wimbledon: SF 2007 W/L: 15/5 (75%)
Best result at USO: 4R 2007 W/L: 7/5 (58%)

*since she is set to return I decided to include her in the pool

Note: Mary Pierce(rumors for a comeback in 2010) and Lindsay Davenport(not officially retired) are not included because of the fact I doubt the two of them playing tennis on such a high level ever again.

Re: Who is most likely to complete the Career Slam?

I'm pretty sure Maria will never win RG even though she improved her clay results in the last two years. Venus of course is most likely to never complete it too. Henin has a small possibility. Kuznetsova, Mauresmo and Clijsters are a long shot. Ivanovic? Well, she has a chance at completing a career GS 1R loss.

Re: Who is most likely to complete the Career Slam?

If someone it will be Justine, followed by Sveta.
María is not an odd option but she simply has to find out how to play on clay, but her will is awesome. I just put Sveta because I think her game is more versatile, although her head is much worse

Svetlana.

I will NOT be happy if Henin ever wins Wimbledon. It's one of the things that gives me great pleasure in life, much like Martina never winning Roland Garros.

Re: Who is most likely to complete the Career Slam?

Maria obviously... she might not like the clay, but she has a great record in that tournament, and with some luck of the draw, she can win that someday...

I hope Ana someday will win a slam again, career is a bit much to ask

Re: Who is most likely to complete the Career Slam?

Henin's 27/7 = 79% not 76%

On topic, I think Henin is obviously the most likely. There's a chance Pova might make it, given she's still young and she could eventually find a way to win on clay. I'd love Kim to do it, but that's three more slams, and I don't see her winning Wimbledon anytime soon...

Wickmayer - Wozniacki - V.Williams - Zheng - Bartoli - Lisicki - Clijsters

Re: Who is most likely to complete the Career Slam?

I think Justine and Maria are most likely to. Justine is an excellent grasscourt player, her problem has been her serve and the short time between RG and Wimbledon. With an improved serve and Carlos persuading her not to play Eastbourne, I think she has a decent shot at a Wimbledon title. Clearly, she's not the favourite for the title (Serena and Venus are both clearly better on grass than she is and Maria possibly is too) but she's got a fair chance.

Maria isn't that great a claycourt player but she's not as bad as people think she is and, frankly, the only really excellent claycourter on tour is Justine - if Maria could avoid playing her, I think she'd have a decent chance at the title just because she's not a headcase. Yes, there are better claycourters on tour than Maria (Lena D, Sveta, Ana Ivanovic, JJ, Serena, Clijsters.. to name but a few) but, with a good draw, Maria could still win a RG title - particularly as she's still quite young and could play for many years yet.

I see sharapova winning the french before I see justine winning Wimbledon. It seems strange but that's how I see it.

I do not know why Kim Clijsters has not an Australia title. She has reached five straight semifinal or more there.
