JJ vs Henin is very decieving though. Put up the scores of the matches, because that tells a complete different story.

JJ has the game to trouble Henin. Same with Myskina. It may be that they track down a lot of balls and hit deep, sort of similar tactics to Henin.
That'st true, trouble. Only that. You need more than track down a lot of balls to beat henin. You need to overpower her. JAnkovic can't do that.

2007 Masters - Madrid Round Robin : 6-2, 6-2
Clay
Their matches have actually been getting less competitive over time. The first five were three setters, the last four were straight sets. That said, I agree that JJ has the game to trouble Justine, the problem is that she doesn't believe in herself enough. This was true of Myskina too. And that only gets worse once you've built up that kind of head to head.

It was 6-4 4-2 40-15 on Jelena's serve. Then she had a whole half of the court open, but hits it out. Then she gets into an argument with a chair umpire over a first serve, the rest is history. I wish I could forget that match.

Henin vs Jankovic is a bit like Hingis vs Testud. A couple of blowouts, some tight matches, some really close ones. But always the same winner.

That Nadia stat makes no sense because ACHAK is 5-0 vs Nadia.

Re: WTA H2H Punchbag (10+) Differential Thread (Current players only)

im confused the thread stater said current players then lists match ups with at least 1 retired player in them. then hardly anyone in the thread can come up with 2 active players with a 10 difference H2H.

the women just don't play each other as often anymore, is about all we can garner from this thread.

chak has one of the best returns, so it nulifies nadias best weapon. add in that chakvetadze can hit with width something nadia hates and you have an aweful match up for nadia.

Against Petrova too - 11-2. Shame about that Berlin final. Actually, they've played quite a few close matches.

Agree, the thread should list all 10+ H2H's with atleast one match in the 1990's or later.

Hingis deserved to get mentioned.
