Congrats to Arthur Ashe for his second US Open title

Congrats, Arthur! I only remembered you winning the one time, in 1968. But fortunately, Dick Enberg's memory is much better than mine, so your feat will not go unrecognized. He reminded us yesterday that Arthur had won the US Open twice. I was scratching my head trying to recall the other one, but it was Dick to the rescue. He informed us that yesterday's winner would be the oldest champion of this event since Arthur won here in 1975.

It shows how bad the TV coverage was back then. I don't recall even seeing the 1975 final with Arthur in it. What terrible coverage, not to include the final. Fortunately, we have astute tennis announcers we can rely on to keep us informed! Congrats, Arthur! And thanks, Dick!

I wish someone would put him out of our misery. As to his own, I don't think he's feeling any pain. I'd say he lost it, but he never had it in the first place. He's been like this for 30 years.
