Can we retire the 'should retire' threads?

The first one was (marginally) clever.

Since then, it's become a contest to see who the lamest poster is. Which is a competition, I concede. But some originality would be nice too.

Not blind. Not uninformed. We are party to atrocities. But the response of the world after 9/11 is worth noting. Even our most dire enemies offered aid. We should all be so lucky.

Agreed. The one on Petrova was a mix of silly, stupid and ridiculous.
