Wonder why Shuai isn't playing Shuai can be the third singles (if needed) and play doubles. As it stands, who will play doubles if it's tied 2-2 after singles?

IMO germany will win due to it being on clay, plus the home crowd

ALG beat zheng pretty easily at the end of last year on a pretty fast surface, so she should be able to on clay as well
I'm not too sure about how it will go, but i think germany will win

China should win this easily if they play well, no matter what the surface is.

Anna Lena and Sabine have been playing relatively shit lately. Na and Jie are probably the opposite of shit so far this season.

Go China. Also, only 1650 people? That isn't very much.
