Is Kim A Fool To Be Dating Hewitt?

I think so.

She supports him constantly when she should be working on her own game and going to the gym...he's useless to her.

Ugly too

If Lleyt was struggling with his form he'd drop Kim like a shot in order to be the best at his sport. Kim your a fool!

to the credit of hewitt, he supports her too when he can. if she(kimmy) would sit at all his matches and he would never be at hers then I would say yeah she is a fool. but this is not the case, the poor man is eating his nails everytime when I see him at Kimmy's match!

We all start in the streams
We're all carried along
By the river of dreams

Kim watches Lleyton when she can too! She doesn't pull out of tournaments or default matches to go watch Lleyton

what if this was you? what would you do? think?

we can all give our opinion on whether she's a fool or not for supporting her boyfriend but it doesn't take the fact that no person would not want that kind of support to be given to them...

and vice versa for lleyton too...

i may not be the best person to give to comment on this but from what i have read and seen both have their game on...and they clearly adore each other...so let them be...and let us all SHUT UP!

I think it's often the case when you have a relationship on tour, your game tends to suffer. But if Kim does not care, neither do I. She might eventually take the Capriati road and dump him to concentrate fully on tennis, hence the better results, but I don't see it now. Besides, they seem to be madly in love. They each fill in what the other lacks. What Lleyton lacks in inner beauty, Kim makes up for. What Kim lacks in outer beauty (just my opinion on her), Lleyton makes up for

Well said budgirlbz. I am so sick of this crap. Lleyton and Kim have been together for almost three years; and only now it's affecting her. It's like noone cares that she has injury, changed coaches and has the press too giving her shit like this. Wonderful conditions to play great in. Also you people are so full of it; this is only a problem because Lleyton is winning right now. So I guess he has to stop being successful to convince you people that he supports his girlfriend? I would like to remind you all that Kim was the one who made a Grand Slam final first, and he was there supporting her after he had lost early. Also, who was there when she went all the way to the semis in Australia? You think that was easy for him after he lost in the FIRST round, after being no. 1 in the world. Also you could tell that he was still suffering from the effects of chicken pox, but he was still there. So really if you have a problem with Lleyton because you just don't like him; fine admit that; but don't cover it by taking shots about his relationship or how he feels about his girlfriend.

The reason Kim has been at so many of Lleyton's tournaments this season is because of her arm injury. Instead of sitting at home and being bored, she travelled with Lleyton to spend time with him and support him, and I don't blame her.

As for the remark that Kim should be spending her time in the gym instead of supporting Lleyton, she does that. It's been mentioned quite a few times in articles and interviews that she does 2-3 hours of physical therapy a day on her arm, in addition to her work in the gym and on the practice courts.

The blame for her rollercoaster season lies with her arm injury, not Lleyton. Having him has probably done her a great deal more good than harm.

In loving memory of Samantha Buvinghausen.

An empty chair at all the tables
And I'll be seein' you when all my days boil down
For now we'll say goodbye
We know it's not the last time
I've lost the best part of my day
But it's better where you're goin' anyway

As far as I know she goes to tournaments and supports him.

She does work on her game, etc as she hits with Hewitt and they practice together (this happened at Queens this year).

And practicing with the mens No. 1 has to be helping her, dealing with his speed and power, which would help her to deal with the top 2 women players.

I totally agree with the last three posts!

Kim has been with Lleyton for what, two and a half years? So she's had the best results of her career while dating Lleyton so obviously he can't be doing her too much harm!

Also the reason why she's been watching him more this year is entirely because of her injury for two reasons! One, obviously, she can't play as much because of it so like Marly said, instead of being bored at home, she travels with Lleyton. Also, Kim is a player that needs match rhythm to play well and because of her lack of it, her results have been sub par this year so for example, in 3 of the 4 slams this year, Lleyton has made is farther than Kim so of course Kim is going to stick around to watch his matches. And lest we forget that the one slam where Kim did advance farther, at the Aussie Open, Lleyton was there watching all her matches... and all this while he was sick!

And plus, they make a great couple and are obviously head over heels for each other... let them be!
