Could this be Peer's tournament?

After all of the drama that she has endured this year, and with the seeds dropping like flies, wouldn't it be nice if Sharar Peer won Indian Wells?

It would be fitting. Dubai discriminated against her and refused to permit her to play because of her nationality. One month later, she wins a tournament that the Williams sisters are boycotting because of, among other things, claims of discrimination/unfair treatment (take your pick).

Shahar has already knocked out 2 seeds, Bartoli, who has been playing well, and Chakvetadze. It may be her time to shine in the desert of California.

Shahar Shahar

Who does she play next? I would like the final to be Hantuchova/Peer, personally.

Re: Could this be Peer's tournament?

bartoli and chakvetadze, upon looking at matchups and H2H is barely anything notable.

should she beat azarenka, that would be the biggest win for her in ages.

if you have nothing important to say, please do so in non-tennis forum. if you have something you think is important, but is actually rubbish regarding anything other than tennis - please do so in the non-tennis forum. if you have something tennis related to say, but it's actually "OMG, X player is so h0t!1" or "who has the biggest boobs on the wtatour" please do so in menstennisforum, under "wta forum". if you have something important, tennis-related and interesting to say please do so. No one in the world can understand how much tennis means to someone, except another fan.
