Angry I am so pissed at the USTA

I had three great seats for tonights session and they will pretty much go to waste because the f'ing USTA's policy is you only get replacement tickets for next year. Who want to wait to next year? give my my f'ing money back...

Official Gangsta rappa of the Royal Court

Will you be there?

I'm sorry, that's a VERY extreme policy. To require a customer to wait an entire year to get the value of a service they pay more than a year in advance? Do they pay interest...or at the least a free huge tennis ball...damn it ain't as if these guys are hurtin' for cash.

It is especially unfair for those who do not live in the USA, or near NY even, and who can't make the trip back next year.

I assure you if this had happened to me, it would be the last time the USTA would see a dime of my money.

I can understand why they can't give out more Ash tickets - there are only so many tickets on Ash.,

But a grounds pass, or money back, or something,.
