Who Will Be the AO Quarterfinalist from the Weakest Eighth of the draw?

Draw of the 2nd Eighth of the Draw

2nd Round Match Ups

Nadia Petrova (10)
Sania Mirza

Karin Knapp
Galina Voskoboeva

Sara Errani
Monica Niculescu

Edina Gallovits
Vera Zvonareva (7)

Why is this the weakest section? All other sections have at least 1 Grand Slam Finalist and least one other player who has reached at least a SF a slam. This is of course, just my opinion; all these players are quality players. And, I have to create some controversy. Who do you think will go through though?

wow it is kind of weak.. Petrova and Zvonareva better to reach R16.. I Guess one of them will rech the QF, but they're both are very good players

Henin, Schnyder, Jankovic, Aga Radwanska, Cornet

Petrova, Errani, or Zvonareva. Most obvious choice would be Zvonareva, but she can go sometimes.

I have a feeling Petrova might just do it and i'd love to see it. She's good enough to be consistently making quarters of slams imo.

It'll surely be either her or Zvonareva.

Both Zvonareva and Nadia can be kind of sometimes.... in fact.... everyone in this section can be kind of sometimes or they are relative unknowns.

If Errani makes it that would be , even though her results are the 3rd best of this group right now.

Wouldn't be totally surprised if Sania can do it.

Would be happy if someone with a crazy game like Niculescu can do it.

Monica will piss all of them off and chop her way through to her first grand slam quarter final.

Nadia knows how to capitalize on weak draws. In 2006 she reached QF without facing a top-99 player
