Good win for Ayumi, she seems to be doing a little bit better. Still, one has to wonder if this match was decided based on how poorly Marina was playing. That Wimbledon 3R loss to Tanasugarn seems to have destroyed her fine season. She was looking to be a sure top fifty player, but now she hasn't gained points in so long.

Erakovic is in terms of game, one of the worst top 100
To say Marina has one of the worst games in the top 100 is just stupid, you obviously haven't seen her play much. Sure at the moment she is in a form slump and not playing any where near her best, but when she is playing with confidence her game is quite impressive, she uses great tactics and has good variety eg uses slices, lobs, volleys. Atleast she is not a boring ballbashing baseliner like many top players today.
