Re: Beijing R1: Tanasugarn def. Srebotnik 6-4 7-5

Tammy always there when you expect her the least (except of couse for wimbly's 4th round )

This can't last. This misery can't last. I must remember that and try to control myself. Nothing lasts really. Neither happiness nor despair. Not even life lasts very long. There'll come a time in the future when I shan't mind about this anymore, when I can look back and say quite peacefully and cheerfully how silly I was. No, no, I don't want that time to come ever. I want to remember every minute, always, always to the end of my days.

Kata, wasted a huge opportunity leading 5-1 in the second! Congrats to Tammy though.

Re: Beijing R1: Tanasugarn def. Srebotnik 6-4 7-5

What the heck? Srebotnik been playing well lately and Tanasugarn has done very little since Wimbledon.

Srebotnik came from 2-5 down in the 1st set to 4-5 and had a break point for 5-5. Srbotnik squandered a 5-1 lead in the 2nd set.

Re: Beijing R1: Tanasugarn def. Srebotnik 6-4 7-5

Typical Tamarine.... when you expect her to lose, she wins. I just wrote a paragraph in another thread how Srebotnik would win in straight sets... and Tamarine shut me down completely.

Excellent win ....against a very good opponent, another one of her scalps this year! Well done Tammy! good luck in the next round!

Elena "can't beat Srebotnik if my life depended on it" Dementieva should be proud of Tammy.

Good win, Tam. 2R against Dani should be fun.
