Is this the new Hantuchova?

Watching her on a livestream vs Paszek, she is a total mess. She looks like an club player.

No wonder why she isn't winning matches, after watching her how is she in the top 50?

"New someone" is a very terrible comment for a player

If she was pushing to make the final of a tournament in this form, then watch out when she finds her A game.

Daniela Hantuchova.

Casey Dellacqua, Jelena Jankovic, Anna-Lena Groenefeld,
Jelena Dokic, Mirjana Lucic, Sara Tomic, Sloane Stephens
Melanie Oudin, Kiki Bertens, Kaia Kanepi, Alison Riske

Re: Is this the new Hantuchova?

It's sad to see her play like that.

In Melbourne, I think she played the best tennis of her life. i was stunned by the way she played, it was amazing, I hoped she could keep this very high level.

Hope she finds that form again and she'll be top5

Simona Halep
Juan Martin Del Potro

Is she 100% healthy? She was horrible every time I saw her in practice and in singles/doubles in New Haven/USO too

Think the stress fracture on her heel has taken alot out of her both physically and mentally.

Re: Is this the new Hantuchova?

I have been saying this for about three years.

I was wondering when other people would catch up with me.

Hantuchova has always been, and will always been, a crappy tennis player. Just like Chakvetadze. The quicker people realise this, the better. I guess I'm just lightyears ahead of everyone else, huh?

I know just--just what you are--ah-ah.

This is the typical type of delusional comment I've come to expect from Daniela fans.

I've often found when criticising her that they comeback with "when she is on" (which, apparently is never) she is such a "clean-ball striker" and can hit winners all over the place bla bla bla.

NO. 1.) She is never on.

2.) I don't even think this "on" or "A game" actually exists anywhere.

She sucks. Get over it.

Apart from Indian Wells, but that is only because she owns it. They can't let the owner of the tournament play badly.

I know just--just what you are--ah-ah.

If you really watch tennis then you would know this is tennis language, being a clean striker of the ball, the set up is right and the ball is hit from the centre of the racquet not late or off the frame, foot work is together and taking either the ball early or just at the right point with the swing, as you should know if this is not right the ball can fly long or wide. Maybe you need to pay attention.

D.H can hit winner all over the show, se has a great b.h up the line and it is clean fluid motion, it s great shot, she puts all the weight into that shot and it almost never comes back best seen i think or hard court.

There is such a thing as being on an A game, again don't you pay attention to tennis, if player didn't have their A game they would lose a whole lot of times, hence when they are on their A game they win not just by great scoreline but their movement is great, striking the ball well, serving well and seeing their opponents tactics like a football, eeking out their opponents weak spots and best creating great winners.

D.H Indian Wella run was such that, she was moving well, serving well everything that we know she has was working, problem is D.H is not consistent enough to go deep in every tournament or even win a slam. She is very patchy and that is what will stop her from being in the top ten for a full year and i doubt she will ever getinto the top 5, it a level her tennis just doesn't have.

Know the game before you comment on it
