I know! Considering it's a brand new stadium they could have done it, and it would eliminate some of the pollution stuff surrounding the games.

its not looking promissing for the next few hours, the court looks very shiney when wet lol.

seriously this realy could kill some players chances at the us open, if matches get back logged, a lot of players are playing singles and doubles. if they have to use extra days and the fact that there the other side of the world to america. im expecting some tierd players in the open.

Tennis should apologise to all other outdoor sports- if Tennis wasen't there I gurantee there wouldn't be any rain

As long as today is the only day this happens, players should be fine. They'd only have one singles match per day to the final, and 5 doubles matches to Sunday (meaning two days of only singles). This is, of course, assuming the player is entered in both events and contends in both.
