Venus cover page on Tennis Magazine Australia edition

I saw this in the shops today, I was so excited for coz I fully expected the Rafa/Federer to be cover page. I was hoping to post the fonrt cover but it's website still has last mont's one. What a beautiful pic of Venus it was.

Rena- a tennis great! 22 at striking distance.

In the American edition that would no biggie, in the European one (don't know if one exists) Rafa would be all over that one. That the Australian one chose to have Venus over the Rafa.federe match, an epic that is still talked about bestows such an honour on Queen Vee.

Australia isn't Racist... I can guarentee you that Roger + Rafa was on the front page of Ace Mag in London.

Can't wait to see the picture.

Before you speak to me about your religion, first show it to me in how you treat other people; before you tell me how much you love your God, show me in how much you love all His children; before you preach to me of your passion for your faith, teach me about it through your compassion for your neighbors. In the end, I'm not as interested in what you have to tell or sell as in how you choose to live and give.

Re: Venus cover page on Tennis Magazine Australia edition

Rafa and Federer was a much bigger win in terms of how it will be remembered historically, so I dont disagree with Vee not being the centre of attention, though I am delighted to find that somewhere she is

Rafa was on the cover last month Roger didn't win a GS so it makes sense Venus is on the cover.

Rafa winning Wimby was bigger news than he winning FO for the 4th time.

But they're not going to put him on the cover twice in a row
