I wish they had done this picture when Venus had long hair.

Fantastic! I love this new approach to photographing women as athletes and all their other dimensions instead of just objects for sex. Great to see there are some who are thinking out of the box and embracing the 21st century. Loves it!

Serena loos quite tired facially or something in her picture...Venus' pose looks a little awkward, regardless nice achievement!

I think with her serve and her athleticism, her power, her court mobility, I just think when she’s on, she’s the greatest player we’ve ever seen, ever. Now, whether her record is the greatest remains to be seen because she hasn’t retired yet. But I think she is really the greatest player. I have seen Martina and Steffi at their best. There are little chinks in those players’ armor, but it was a different era, where you didn’t need to be the perfect player.

Don't worry JJ will be first in something one day. I can't imagine what but I'm sure it will happen...maybe she'll continue to win in Rome a lot. That may not be the top GS winner amongst active players (ahem...1 Serena, 2 Venus) but like you said it's good to be first in at least something!

I love the first three pictures. Not crazy about some of the others though, especially four and five!

I started to respond that post, but it was so silly I decided to conserve my energy.
