Venus not putting on wrist bandages anymore

She had been wearing those on both wrists for ages. She had a very long and frustrating wrist injury. I just noticed today her wrists are bandage free. Very good news for her future injury-wise.

yeah this is the case since doha or longer, I don't know exactly. Also her ankles aren't taped anymore.

Ya know those things don't really protect you that much anyway, same with ankle and knee braces. Although certain shoes based on the curvature of your foot can lessen the risk of ankle rolls, nothing is full proof. Sometimes when I wear my knee brace it creates more pain and takes away some mobility. Look at the most injury free tennis player, Roger Federer, do u see him taped like a mummy to prevent injuries? Nope.

Really, don't even look at me...
