The British 'summer' does it again! Rain forecast for Eastbourne and Wimbledon!

Cheery forecast for next few days in Eastbourne:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=1233

and London:

And seeing as I have a ticket for tomorrow's Eastbourne:

Hopefully it'll be better than in French Open.

I'm pretty optimistic. I don't think we are going to get a lot of rain next week at all. Should be partly cloudy/ partly sunny for the most part. Ideal weather.

Really, at this time of year in the UK you can't always go by the forecasts!! hahah I have been checking the Met Office web all week...and they predicted rain in Eastbourne for last sunday, monday, wednesday and thursday...and so far the weather has been lovely there!! I even have the tan to prove it!! hahaha (Today, my friend has said it's beautiful sunshine there this morning)

As for Wimbledon....it's always difficult to predict!! hahahha I live in London (about 40 minutes drive from Wimby) and really the best thing to do is look at the sky, check the clouds...guess the weather.....carry some sun lotion............and carry an umberella too just to be on the safe side!! hahahhaha

lol all us tennis fans become weather experts at this time of year!! hahah

How is that? They are putting a roof on centre court, but nowhere else. It's just one of those unfortunate things fans have to deal with.

Re: The British 'summer' does it again! Rain forecast for Eastbourne and Wimbledon!

All you can do is take off your coat, put down your umbrella and sing...

Humidity is rising - Barometer's getting low
According to all sources, the street's the place to go
Cause tonight for the first time
Just about half-past ten
For the first time in history
It's gonna start raining men.

It's Raining Men! Hallelujah! - It's Raining Men! Amen!
I'm gonna go out to run and let myself get
Absolutely soaking wet! [no pun intended]
It's Raining Men! Hallelujah!
It's Raining Men! Every Specimen!
Tall, blonde, dark and lean
Rough and tough and strong and mean

Thank you for everything Mercedes, now please be nice to Socrates for me, perhaps fetch him a bird or two. We love you, always.
