Don't you think it's a good time for Kim to return?

After watching that travesty of a final I became really nostalgic about the good old days. Women's tennis is really in trouble these days and the quality of play has DRASTICALLY fallen from even a few years ago. Justine, Venus and Serena were the only bonafide champions holding up the tour last year but with Justine's retirement and Venus and Serena's newfound issues, the cracks in the women's game have come to the surface for all to see. The tour needs an old school champion like Kim back in the mix. She would have the consistency to play well day in day out and destroy pretenders like Ivanovic and Safina. Seriously a sad day for women's tennis. The whole tour is a crapshoot now. Players play one good tournament and then one bad and there is nothing NOTHING separating most top 8 players from any top 50 player

COME BACK KIM!

"All my life I've had to fight. It's just another fight I'm going to have to learn how to win, that's all. I'm just going to have to keep smiling."

Considering Kim's record in slam's finals, I doubt she would have trouble Ivanovic that much...

Oldschool champion? Sorry but it hasen't even been 3 years since she won her 1st and only GS. At least Ana can back up her first time as no.1 with a slam. Kim was really fun to watch and I miss her alot, but don't make useless comments about the world number 1 like that. Ana has not spent 1 week as the no.1 slamless and yet she's the pretender?

Justine left the tour with Pova, Serena and Safina's feet in her ass.

Don't believe the hype that the tour is weaker for Henin's departure.

Kim would just tarnish her rather over-rated legacy if she came back.

I agree. I think she exited just in time

wow. dumb comment for the day for sure.

Serena currently has Safina and Srebotnik's "feet in her ass". By your logic if she doesn't win Wimbledon we can safely say she contributes nothing to the tour

and Serena's. She should retire as well. She is too weak these days. Nobody would notice if Henin, Sharapova and Serena were gone
