Rodionova gets her double bagel today after all, but drags Poutchek along with her. It probably didn't happen, but I picture an extreme slapfest between those 2 surly ones!

Goodbye WTA and Jelena. It was nice being your fan once.

Re: Charleston - where bagels are served!

If only JJ won that game at 6-0 5-0 A-Rod will become maybe first Double-Double-Bageled player in WTA history (in same day to lose 6-0 6-0 6-0 6-0 in Singles and Doubles)

JJ

AMAZING BELGRADE MIRACLE: In just three years (2008-2011) 5 different players born in same city reach world #1 in rankings and several GS titles and finals (WTA singles: Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic, ATP singles: Novak Djokovic, ATP doubles: Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor... with notable performances of Bojana Jovanovski, Janko Tipsarevic and Viktor Troicki which is also all three born in Belgrade)

Damn Jelena's inability to stay completely focused for an entire match. I have nothing against Anastasia, but a quadruple bagel in one day would have been quite entertaining!

maria sharapova - jelena jankovic
