nothing sensational but i've just noticed the change in the spelling of Olga's surname on the WTA Tour website

how often does this kind of thing happen, any other examples?

That was transcription from Belorussian. They read 'g' like Polish 'h' (just like Ukrainians) and instead of writting 'o' where it's unaccented, they write 'a'. Weird language. Now Olga's name is transcripted from Russian.
