no... they all hide underground...

"I want to do things on my own terms, I can't have anything take me out.
I have never given up and it's important for me to prove to myself that I can do this, and to prove to me that i'm a champion.
If I were just to sit down, lay down and give in, then I wouldn't have any respect for myself."

Never been to Wimbledon, but should be the same as anywhere else on this regard........ if "Day 1" to you is first day of MD, you are in luck. Qualies start before that, and yes, you can go, and yes, you will see a lot of players practicing. (If "Day 1" is first day of Qualies, then no, you are out of luck.)

I'm not sure, but I don't think so.

Qualies are at a different venue, so none of the MD players are there. I don't think they let the public into Wimbledon before the tournament starts.

Wouldn't have thought so. On the Sunday between AO quallies and MD you can't go in and watch.

... oh yeah, I guess I did know that... aren't they indoors somewhere? Where, exactly? And people can get tickets or no?

No not indoors, Roehampton. Yes, people can go. They have a junior event there in the 1st eek of Wimby - I think I'm going to some days with my friends too.
