Memphis 2R: Peer [3] stumbles but wins against Czink 6-0 3-6 6-2

Highest seed left in the tournament, Shahar Peer, is through. Quite a tussle though. Looked plain sailing in set one where Peer dealt out a bagel, but lost her way in the second losing it 6-3. However, Peer came back to win and remain the favourite for the event!

Shahar!

Czink is a bit of a battler, doesn't entirely surprise me that she won the second. Fairly comfortable victory by the look of the first and third sets

Thank you for everything Mercedes, now please be nice to Socrates for me, perhaps fetch him a bird or two. We love you, always.

OMG Shahar what was that all about?

You had the match in your hand leading a set and 2-0 in the second It should hae done way better!

Any way great first set stat, Shahar didn't face a single BP, now please beat Arvidsson.

shes the highest seed left but davenport has to be the favourite for the tournament now, though a peer vs davenport final would be good.
