Maria's serve

It is amazing what difference it makes to her game when it is off or on. When it is on she is bageling her opponents and is virtually untouchable and when it is off she is suddenly strating to loose range and depth on her shots. I guess next time when her serve is off for too long she is going to loose.

And whether she is tired or not isn't going to play any factor, because she is finishing off her opponents so quickly anyway. I wonder if there is any statistic of how many shots per match on average players do and the distance they cover. I bet Maria would be at the bottom.

Re: Maria's serve

I think we all know that the serve plays a key part in Maria's game.
If it wasn't for that she wouldn't have that bad season last year because of her shoulder injury. Doh!

The point is that when she's with the serve 100% she's pratically unbeatable!
