Zvonareva's strange "Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde" road to career 1st big final

Did anybody notice how badly she started all matches here, but how strongly (career best?) continue all that matches and also finished (except in final)?

Bepa road to Doha final:

2nd round (Schiavone):
2-6 6-3 6-4

3rd Round (Safina):
4-5(0-40) 9-3

Quarterfinal (Bammer):
2-6 6-2 6-0

Semifinal (Na Li):
3-6 6-3 6-3

Final match (Sharapova):
1-6 6-2 0-6

WTH is this??? Is this some new tactics "LULL, than DESTROY" or she have some problems to awake and no sliping when match already started?

and I'm not even fan of Ana Ivanovic... just an objective observer who realize how perfect she is

AMAZING BELGRADE MIRACLE: In just three years (2008-2011) 5 different players born in same city reach world #1 in rankings and several GS titles and finals (WTA singles: Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic, ATP singles: Novak Djokovic, ATP doubles: Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor... with notable performances of Bojana Jovanovski, Janko Tipsarevic and Viktor Troicki which is also all three born in Belgrade)

In the final she did not hold in sets 1 and 3. 0 for 6
Held 4 times in set 2. 4 for 4

The most wasted of all days is one without laughter....
Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there
Enjoy This Moment!!

I don't know! One things for certain and that is Vera has improved in the emotions department. She's so more in control of them and overall will bring about better play from her! Keep it together Vera!!!!

At least she had the strength to carry on, dig deep and not give up.

I don't understand the analogy.

I don't understand the analogy either.

I like Vera's clean all-court game.

Maria was too good today .... hoping Vera can gain some injury-free momentum, get back in the top 20 where she belongs.
